The year is drawing to a close, and Christmas is just around the corner. On my own behalf and on behalf of Aallon Group, I would like to thank you for the past year and for our shared journey.
The past year has been a time of development for us. We have merged all our regional companies into a single Aallon Group, while continuing to provide local and personal service in more than 20 offices across Finland also in the future. We have sought to implement these changes in a way that causes as little additional work for our clients as possible. This has not always been entirely feasible – for example, we have had to request certain authorisations again. We warmly thank you for your understanding and for the good cooperation. These changes enable even more fruitful collaboration with our clients.
During the autumn, we conducted an extensive customer satisfaction survey, which was answered by a record number of our clients. This makes the results particularly valuable to us. In the survey, as many as 400 of our clients volunteered to act as references – a warm thank you for this trust. We have reviewed the feedback carefully and pay special attention also to constructive feedback. We are here for our clients and are always happy to listen attentively to your feedback also between the annual surveys.
The turn of the year brings changes to both taxation and legislation, and the coming year will be no exception. Attached to this newsletter you will find up-to-date information compiled by our experts on changes related to taxation, value-added taxation, and payroll. We will implement the VAT changes entering into force at the turn of the year for all our clients without any additional charge.
Christmas is a time for giving. This year, we wanted to share Christmas joy with those who need it most, and we have donated the funds reserved for Christmas gifts to Save the Children Finland.
Finally, I would like to wish you and your loved ones a very warm and peaceful Christmas season, as well as a good and successful start to the year 2026.
